She was born on 1966 in Polonne town of Khmelnitsky region in Ukraine. She completed her school education in 1983. After graduating from Kiev Civil Engineering Institute the Faculty of Architecture in 1987, she completed her Master of Architecture program at Civil Engineering Institute in Kiev in 1989. She worked as an architect. In 1993, her career as teacher began at the Near East University the Faculty of Architecture. She completed her Doctorate program in Architecture at Kiev National University of Building and Architecture of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in Kiev in 2002. In addition to theoretical studies, she has practical projects.
